Challenge
In one village, most young people left school at sixteen. The nearest training centre was two bus rides away, and the only steady work was in the city.
Action
Volunteers turned the village hall into an evening classroom. Over six months, twenty young people learned computer basics, spoken English and how to face an interview.
Impact
Fourteen of them now have regular work within an hour of home. Three run a small computer and printing service that the whole village uses.
